Insurance:

We accept all the indemnity insurances as well as other plans, including:

- Aetna / Prudential DMO
- Delta PMI
- Met-Life PPO
- Guardian PPO

Payments:

Our office is a fee-for-service dental practice. The patient is responsible for ALL services rendered, at the time of service.

We accept Cash, Check. We also have available the INTEREST FREE Care Credit option. If you have Dental insurance coverage, please present your enrollment card. We will accept an Assignment-of-Benefit for the part of the cost that your insurance will pay for your Dental treatment. You would then pay only the part not covered by insurance at the time of service. You are, however, responsible for any fees that are not reimbursed by your insurance company.

Providing optimal dental care to our patients is the goal of this practice, but sometimes cost must be budgeted.

We are pleased to offer Dental Fee Plan (DFP) to our patients. DFP is a convenient, no initial payment, low monthly payment plan for dental treatments of $1,000 to $25,000. Offering DFP allows us to make the smile you've always wanted affordable.
