Dr. Taheri has extensive training and experience in all areas of pediatric dentistry. He is committed to staying abreast of the latest techniques and scientific advances in pediatric dentistry by reviewing current dental journals and attending continuing education courses.
We provide comprehensive services such as preventive dentistry, sealants, restorative dentistry (tooth color filling, tooth color crowns and nerve treatment), interceptive orthodontics, infant dental care, pediatric dental trauma, oral surgery / extractions.
Our office is equipped with DVD with movie glasses, latest Play Station video games, which patients can play before, after and during treatment. We also offer different modes of treatment, offered to parents in our initial consultation appointment which includes; treatment under:
- Behavioral management (such as distraction techniques,
movie glasses, …)
- Nitrous oxide analgesia (laughing gas)
- Conscious sedation (a way of using medication
to relax a child without loss of consciousness)
- Treatment under general anesthesia in office
or hospital (Anesthesia is given by board certified anesthesiologist).
Dr. Naderi has extensive training in restorative, general and cosmetic dentistry for adults. She offers the following services, which includes treatment of gum disease, cosmetic dentistry (tooth color fillings, teeth whitening, porcelain veneers and bridge work), oral surgery and root canal treatment.
Our office uses the same state-of-the-art heat sterilization techniques as those in hospitals, in fact our office meets or exceeds all the sterilization and infection control guidelines as set forth by state and federal government, The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and American Dental Association. This includes:
- Heat sterilization of our handpieces (drills)
and instruments and high level disinfection of all operatory surfaces
between patients.
- Our sterilization machine is tested every week by independent laboratory.
- Our water lines are flushed in between each patient and each operatory
has individual water lines filter, which are replaced regularly.
